My background
Born in Romania and raised in France, I completed my Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting in 2006 at the French business School NEOMA (former Reims Management School). This led me to work for two years as Financial and Internal auditor with PwC in Paris, before taking the decision of moving to Australia in 2008. Since then, I worked both as internal controller and management consultant before joining Crescendo Partners in 2013.
What I enjoy about consulting
To develop analysis and recommendation that have a positive impact on the client, consulting requires strength and balance in most aspects: the creative and the analytical, the high level and the detailed precision, the literal and numerical skills. Not to speak about the amount of knowledge acquired by working within diverse and multiple industries… it’s just awesome!
What I do with my free time
I have always enjoyed keeping fit…it is part of the whole balance, “anima sana in corpore sano”, therefore you will always find me preparing for marathons, or triathlons, ocean swims.
What attracts me to Crescendo
When I first joined Crescendo, I was very impressed by the people: team players, passionate, smart and fun. This first impression remained, and it has been comforted throughout the various engagements, where the quality and the high standards of the work delivered are the image of those delivering it.
